1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Dead By Yawn (deadbyyawn.com and forum.deadbyyawn.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
  • Keep your password secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One human, one account. Don't register accounts to evade bans.

3. Community Guidelines

Dead By Yawn is a place to celebrate horror cinema and have weird fun. To keep it that way, you agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal, infringing, or designed to harass another user.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse of any group.
  • Spam, advertising, or repetitive low-effort posting.
  • Spoilers presented in bad faith — please use spoiler tags for major plot reveals.
  • Pirated content, working stream links, or download instructions.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, comments, and forum posts you submit. By posting them, you grant Dead By Yawn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reformat that content as part of the site.

5. Movie and Series Data

Movie and TV metadata, posters, and backdrops are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDb). Dead By Yawn uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. All artwork remains the property of its respective copyright holders.

6. Disclaimer

Dead By Yawn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We try our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Watch what we recommend at your own risk — and maybe with the lights on.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
