A year into a worm plague that's turned Ashland, Ohio into a squirming, mind altered cult, Mayor Joshua's zealous Ranchers are eager to spread their gospel, sometimes literally under your skin. A trio of uninfected women cling to survival and surprisingly strict hygiene, but with betrayal, sacrilege, and truly grotesque body horror on the menu, expect everyone to eventually break.
